Construction of two multi-family residential buildings A and B, an open above-ground garage, landscaping, and associated infrastructure at ul. Okólna 15 in Świnoujście on plots no. 61/3, 61/5, 46/6, 61/6, 46/7, 63/14, 46/8, 132/1, district 0014 Warszów. The project is divided into three stages: Stage I involves the demolition of existing buildings (K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6), removal of approximately 350 linear meters of steel fence on a concrete base, removal of approximately 2,000 m² of existing concrete ground hardening, and an existing transformer station in building K2, as well as the dismantling of existing underground technical infrastructure including gas, sanitary, rainwater, heating, water, and lighting installations, and parts of the power grid. Stage II covers the construction of the two multi-family residential buildings A and B, the open above-ground garage, landscaping, and building facilities, along with obtaining the occupancy permit, including surface inventory and energy certificates. Stage III includes the construction of an access road as part of the overall investment.
