Construction works for the University Pediatric Center in Łódź: Overbuilding of the ground floor part "C" and reconstruction of part "C" of the main building to create a psychiatric day clinic for children, specifically for the treatment of eating disorders, including waiting areas and a connecting corridor. This also includes the construction of a garden pavilion and the landscaping of part of the hospital park with a therapeutic area, open recreational space, underground infrastructure, small architectural elements, and new plantings. Also covered are the demolition of terrace and stair fragments, reconstruction of sidewalks, tree felling and new plantings, relocation of underground infrastructure (water, sewage, electrical installations for streetlights), as well as the creation of new pedestrian paths and a fence around the pavilion area for exclusive use by psychiatric day clinic patients. The service also includes the preparation of executive documentation and author's supervision. A mandatory site visit will take place on 10.09.2026 at 11:00 AM.
