Construction works for the expansion of Senatorska Street and infrastructure – Phase I

Construction works for the expansion of Senatorska Street and infrastructure: Phase I includes the expansion of Senatorska Street from km 0+085 to km 0+545, including the construction of sidewalks, pedestrian and bicycle paths, bus bays, and the construction/reconstruction of driveways, as well as all road works according to the project documentation. Furthermore, it includes the construction of street lighting, reconstruction and securing of the overhead power grid, reconstruction and securing of the telecommunications network, construction of a technological duct, construction of a storm drainage system, reconstruction of the water and sewage network, reconstruction of the gas network, and land improvement works. As an option (Phase II), construction works are planned for the expansion/reconstruction of Jana Pawła II Street to the extent necessary for the construction of an intersection, the construction of a roundabout, and the expansion of a section of Senatorska Street up to km 0+085, including the construction of sidewalks, pedestrian and bicycle paths, bus bays, and the construction/reconstruction of driveways, as well as all road works according to the project documentation. This also includes the reconstruction of street lighting along Jana Pawła II Street, reconstruction and securing of the overhead power grid, construction of a technological duct, reconstruction (relocation) of a passenger information display (SIP/TIP) pole with connections at the OSP01 bay on Jana Pawła II Street, construction of a storm drainage system, reconstruction of the water and sewage network, and reconstruction of the gas network. The valuation is based on separate bills of quantities; the bidder must consider material benefits from taking over demolition materials.
