Expansion and Integration of Sales and Control Systems and Passenger Portal with Necessary Infrastructure

Expansion and integration of ticket sales and control systems for Rzeszów Public Transport Authority: includes the expansion of central systems, a mobile application, the Passenger Portal, the e-Shop system, the sales system in ticket machines, validator software, and controller devices. This involves the delivery, configuration, and commissioning of ICT infrastructure with 4 high-performance rack servers, 1 network security device (Firewall/UTM) including 1 configuration and migration service, 16 licenses for server operating systems for the server platform, 1 configuration and migration service for the virtualization environment, 150 server operating system licenses, 40 remote access licenses for the server system, and 2 database management system licenses for multiple processor cores. The service includes all design, implementation, integration, configuration, and commissioning works. A warranty and guarantee of 60 months must be provided. Excluded are ICT products, services, or processes classified as security-relevant for the state or originating from high-risk suppliers. Further items as per the tender documents.
