Construction works for the second traffic ring in the sector between A. Demetriade Street and J.H. Pestalozzi Boulevard: road infrastructure with a four-lane carriageway, construction of a new four-lane road bridge over the Bega Canal, construction of a pedestrian bridge over the Bega Canal exclusively for pedestrian and bicycle traffic, construction and modernization of sidewalks, development of bicycle paths adjacent to the carriageway and the Bega Canal bank, landscaping of green areas, rehabilitation and modernization of utility networks, public lighting, and vertical and horizontal road signage.
