Design and Execution Works for the Construction of a Kindergarten in Northern Timișoara

Design and execution works for the construction of a kindergarten in northern Timișoara: Local consolidation of a beam at +4.05 m, axis 5, body B, using a fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) system; ensuring masonry quality of all enclosing and partition walls by restoring continuity, integrity, and flatness; dismantling non-compliant masonry uprights on axis 3 and replacing them with reinforced concrete/metal pillars; reconstruction of structural masonry walls in the area of two lift shafts; treatment of non-compliant openings in non-structural walls for ventilation ducts. Furthermore, all works specified in the original technical project must be completed: thermal insulation, waterproofing, carpentry, exterior/interior finishes, fittings; electrical installations (power and low current); heating and ventilation installations; sanitary installations; interior/exterior hydrant installations and ISU compliance works; external utility networks; construction of fencing and exterior landscaping. As the designer, the contractor will additionally provide documentation for the operation, maintenance, repair, and long-term monitoring of the installed equipment and systems; prepare the necessary documentation for the registration of the investment in the land registry and obtain the Land Book entry; provide as-built documentation; prepare the documentation for obtaining the required authorizations/approvals for commissioning/operation of the building and associated installations (Fire Safety, Burglary Security, IGPR, ISCIR, DSP, DSVSA, SSM, etc.).
