Construction works for the „Lacul Peștișorul“ leisure area in Pașcani: integrated reconfiguration of the area with a maximum execution period of 18 months. Works in Zone A include a skatepark with reinforced concrete ramps, an adventure park with squared timber pergolas, ground-level parking, and a storage building coupled with sanitary facilities. In Zone B, the lake's water surface will be reconfigured with a perimeter retaining wall made of reinforced concrete C25/30 (low permeability P810), a multifunctional cultural center (basement+ground floor+1st floor+technical floor, seismic class II, indirect foundation with drilled piles Ø800 mm × 13 m), an amphitheater with grandstands, water basins with a pump room, a reconfigured island, metal pedestrian bridges (CHS superstructure, on drilled piles Ø600 mm × 12 m), a bus station with a metal structure, an administrative building coupled with sanitary facilities, playgrounds, urban furniture, ornamental lighting, and integrated landscape design. Additionally, the contract includes the arrangement/rehabilitation/modernization/extension of public spaces (pedestrianization, pedestrian zones, playgrounds), the arrangement/rehabilitation/modernization/extension of parks, squares, public gardens, and other green areas (including pergolas, paths, urban furniture, smart lighting), the creation/arrangement/rehabilitation/extension/modernization of infrastructure for recreation activities on lakes, beaches, embankments, and perimeter areas (including pedestrian and cycle paths), the adaptation of cultural heritage sites for events, the construction/extension/modernization/rehabilitation of buildings with cultural functions, cultural centers, and educational-scientific parks, the construction/modernization/rehabilitation of adventure parks, and the development of pedestrian and cycle access infrastructure to cultural and tourist objectives. The constructions are classified under importance category „C“ (normal) and seismic importance class III for most objects, and class II for the multifunctional cultural center. Technical documentation is available and verified. The estimated contract value is 32,098,453.15 Lei without VAT, comprising 121,690.96 Lei for utilities, 30,777,167.98 Lei for construction and installations, 81,173.04 Lei for technological equipment assembly, 955,152.41 Lei for technological and functional equipment with assembly, and 163,268.76 Lei for site organization. Excluded are equipment (Chapter 4.5, estimated value 593,980.00 Lei without VAT) and intangible assets (Chapter 4.6), which will be procured separately. further items as per the tender documents.
