Construction Works for the Capacity Expansion of the Emergency Station in Jaroměř

Construction works for the capacity expansion of the emergency station in Jaroměř: complete execution of construction, demolition, and other works according to project documentation and building permit. This includes the delivery and installation of all trades such as plumbing, heating, ventilation, high and low current electrical installations, outdoor sewage and water distribution, paved areas, as well as construction readiness and coordination with suppliers for loose furniture and electronics. Also included are a photovoltaic system (FVE), coordination with ČEZ Distribuce a.s. regarding connections and line relocations, material sampling, securing the occupancy permit including consent for building use, and conducting blower door tests to ensure the building envelope's tightness for the passive energy standard building. Cooperation in the delivery of internal equipment and electronics is part of the contract, but the delivery of loose inventory and electronics is not.
