Construction works for the regeneration and revitalization of Chindia Park and the modernization of the Zoological Garden in Târgoviște: construction of a belvedere zone 1.60 m above water level with granite cobblestone alley and wooden handrail; lowering of a lake platform from 280.30 m to 279.30 m (0.60 m above water level); construction of a pier with ramp, stairs, planted steps, metal balustrade with wooden handrail, granite cobblestone ramps and alleys, deck platform, and staff cabin; construction of a pedestrian bridge over Chindia Lake with a dynamic route, semicircular platform, wooden pavilion, elevated clearance of 2.00 m for boats, wooden handrail, deck stairs and landings, granite steps, and reinforced concrete structure, equipped with urban furniture (concrete benches, waste bins, lighting poles); creation of a Cartesian pedestrian axis with alleys and planted areas; design of a rose garden with green spaces and alleys for various flower species; demolition and reconstruction of a playground (Playground 1) on approx. 1,300 m² for 3 age categories (1-4, 4-8, 8-12 years); creation of an organically shaped playground (Playground 2) with wooden equipment and alley finishes; establishment of a fenced dog park in the north of the park, divided into 3 zones for small, medium, and large dogs with separate access; demolition and reconstruction of a heptagonal wooden pavilion with inclined pillars and sloped beams; general park landscaping including gabion fence, main and secondary alleys and paths, lighting, video surveillance and Wi-Fi systems, irrigation system, water supply and sewage networks; zoo landscaping including a forest cordon of various tree species (Tatar maple, acacia, honey locust, hawthorn, dogwood, American mailin, black elder) and installation of water supply, domestic sewage, rainwater, and drainage systems on a total area of 139,606 m².
