The estimated contract value is 4,846,828.90 Lei without VAT and comprises: 506,971.48 Lei for site preparation, 24,347.53 Lei for environmental protection measures and site restoration, 325,230.14 Lei for ensuring necessary utility connections, 3,375,794.85 Lei for construction and installation works, 262,123.81 Lei for the installation of technological and functional equipment, 21,523.34 Lei for technological and functional equipment requiring installation, as well as 1,157.19 Lei, 235,951 Lei, 9,175 Lei, and 84,554.56 Lei for construction and installation works related to site organization. Contract revision is possible for non-substantial changes up to a maximum of 10.60 % of the contract value; further items as per the tender documents.
