Construction Works for Cultural Center and Amphitheater Lubań

Construction works for the reconstruction of the Municipal Cultural Center and the Municipal Amphitheater in Lubań. Municipal Cultural Center: Expansion of the building with a technical room behind the stage for ventilation units, external wall insulation with large-grained perlite plaster, internal wall insulation with cork plaster, roof and top floor ceiling insulation with mineral wool, partial roof replacement, adaptation for disabled persons (excluding balcony and parts of didactic rooms), reconstruction of emergency exits from the auditorium, recreation of window openings in the northeast facade, creation of a recording room on the auditorium balcony, renovation or replacement of floors with level equalization, improvement of auditorium acoustics, creation of a small cinema room (for 20 people) on the ground floor, installation of an external elevator at staircase 2, construction of a ramp for disabled persons at the main entrance, replacement of wooden doors and windows with historical-style ones, renovation and partial replacement of the front building's roof dome, replacement and reconstruction of internal installations (sanitary, water, gas, electrical including lighting, internal hydrants, fire water supply, mechanical ventilation for the auditorium, small cinema room, and other rooms), installation of external and internal monitoring with an intercom system, equipment for disabled persons, equipment to secure the cultural offerings. Municipal Amphitheater: Reconstruction of the municipal amphitheater structure including social facilities, stands, and surroundings with necessary technical infrastructure on plot no. 5, district 0005 Lubań. Building 1 (social-technical): Reconstruction of the existing technical building into a public sanitary node for amphitheater viewers with a separate technical room for sound and stage lighting. Building 2 (social-technical): Reconstruction of utility rooms into sanitary nodes (disabled toilet, women's, men's toilet) as sanitary facilities for the planned dressing room behind the amphitheater stage, roof covering replacement. Amphitheater Stage: Reconstruction of the roofing and amphitheater stage with a planned dressing room. Auditorium: Reconstruction and replacement of the auditorium and stairs with concrete prefabricates for impregnated wooden seats, approx. 1,600 seats, reconstruction of stands with adaptation for disabled access, planned ramp for disabled persons leading to designated seats and stage entrance, replacement of existing paths and walkways with paving stones. Equipment to secure the cultural offerings.
