Energy renovation of residential blocks in Negrești-Oaș, Satu-Mare county: includes the execution of works on six residential blocks (S+P+4E) on Victoriei Street. This comprises Block 22 with a built-up area of 2,775.00 m², Block 23 with 3,728.37 m², Block 25 with 2,487.10 m², Block 26 with 1,783.71 m², Block 27 with 1,440.80 m², and Block 41 with 2,177.80 m². Detailed information regarding the adopted solutions, quantities, and categories of works is included in the technical project (PT). The total estimated value of the contract for energy renovation works is 17,667,044.11 Lei without VAT. Of this, Chapter 4 (Costs for the basic investment) amounts to 17,503,151.47 Lei, divided into 12,677,788.50 Lei for construction and installations, 754,944.97 Lei for assembly of machinery, technological and functional equipment, and 4,070,418.00 Lei for machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly. Chapter 5 (Other costs) amounts to 163,892.64 Lei for site organization. The itemized eligible costs are 17,039,661.29 Lei for Chapter 4 (basic investment), of which 12,364,753.27 Lei for construction and installations, 737,674.95 Lei for assembly of machinery and equipment, 3,937,233.07 Lei for machinery and equipment requiring assembly, and 163,892.64 Lei for Chapter 5 (site organization). The non-eligible costs are 463,490.20 Lei for Chapter 4 (basic investment), of which 311,464.39 Lei for construction and installations, 18,840.88 Lei for assembly of machinery and equipment, and 133,184.93 Lei for machinery and equipment requiring assembly.
