Construction works for thermal modernization and reconstruction of former school building for Municipal Police

Thermal modernization and reconstruction of the former school building at ul. Wiślana 27 for the Municipal Police: room reconstruction, finishing works, replacement of window and door joinery, expansion of internal and external installations (including electrical, telecommunication, water-sewage, central heating, district heating, ventilation, air conditioning, rainwater, fire protection, hydrants), external road works. Similar orders under Art. 214 para. 1 pt 7 uPzp for an increased scope are foreseen. The project is co-financed by an investment loan from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Investment B3.4.1 "Investments for the green transformation of cities"). Accessibility requirements for disabled persons according to Art. 100 para. 1 uPzp are included. A performance bond is required. An optional site visit will take place on 10.07.2026 at 11:00 AM.
