Construction works for increasing energy efficiency for the residential building Bloc 86 on Tudor Vladimirescu Street, Lupeni: thermal insulation of opaque facade parts, replacement of existing exterior joinery (including access area) with thermal insulating joinery equipped with ventilation devices/slots/grilles, enclosure of balconies and/or loggias with thermal insulating joinery including thermal insulation of parapets or their replacement with PVC panels, thermal-hydro insulation of the slab above the last level, construction of a wooden truss roof with metal tiles and volcanic rock coating, related works such as repairs, perimeter sidewalk, finishes, ramp for disabled persons, dismantling and installation of cables and gas pipes, exterior finishes, thermal rehabilitation of the slab above the basement, installation of a photovoltaic panel system, and relocation of the low-pressure natural gas utilization installation.
