Construction works for the modernization of vocational education at SOŠ Pruské

Construction works on object SO 01 – Building C include: Extension of an elevator with a shaft as an addition to Building C, access from each floor, serving three stations, barrier-free and compliant with standards. Extension of a classroom for the repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery as an open space with a clear height of 3.2 – 3.75 m, access via two opposite sectional gates, two single-leaf doors, and double-leaf connecting doors to Building C, access to the green roof from the winter garden on the 2nd floor. Sanitary facilities on the 1st floor: changes to the number of washbasins, relocation of showers, creation of a barrier-free toilet for disabled persons; on the 2nd and 3rd floors, sanitary facilities remain unchanged. Floristry classroom without changes. Reconstruction of the winter garden with a floor area of 103 m², access from the connecting corridor on the 2nd floor, direct access to the green roof in connection with the classroom extension. Additionally: New construction of a Valipini greenhouse (orangery) with floor dimensions of 19.0 × 12.25 m and a height above ground of 2.0 – 5.15 m, including removal of old mobile units, reconstruction of sewage and low-voltage connections, new drinking water connection, rainwater drainage into the internal sewage system, connection to a 22 m³ accumulation tank, reconstruction of the well water shaft, heating and cooling via air conditioning units, ventilation via HVAC with heat recovery. Furthermore: Revitalization of park areas by removing existing structures (paved areas, pond, pergola, raised beds), terrain adjustment with topsoil and grass seeding, new pergola in the relaxation zone, replacement of paving stones, reconstruction of a retaining wall (crack sealing, new surface, stone cladding).
