Construction supervision for construction and assembly works for the renovation of playgrounds in Pomorie Municipality, divided into three lots. The construction supervision includes responsibility for activities and obligations as stipulated in Articles 166, 168, and 178 of the Bulgarian Spatial Planning Act (ZUT), as well as other applicable legal provisions. The scope of supervision is defined by the requirements of the ZUT, Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003, for the preparation of construction acts and protocols, and the Ordinance on essential requirements for structures and the assessment of conformity of construction products.
