Construction supervision for the reconstruction and repair of sports infrastructure in the UPI XVII, block 33 (land plot 16064.601.254) in Goritsa village: The scope of construction supervision includes monitoring of construction and assembly works for the project, classified as Category V (outdoor playgrounds) according to Art. 10, para. 1, item 6 of Ordinance No. 1 of July 30, 2003. The contractor's responsibility as a participant in the investment process is governed by Art. 166, 168, and 178 of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT) and other applicable legislation. Construction supervision is performed within the mandatory scope according to the ZUT, Ordinance No. 3 of July 31, 2003, for drawing up acts and protocols during construction, and the Ordinance on essential requirements for constructions and assessing the conformity of construction products, as well as all relevant Bulgarian construction regulations.
