Supervision for 4-lane widening of southern Bucharest ring road

Supervision services for the 4-lane widening of the southern Bucharest ring road between A1 (km 55+520) and DN 5 (km 40+000) – Lot II between km 54+700 and DN 5 (km 40+000): Monitoring of execution and warranty period to ensure the contractor designs and executes works in accordance with contractual obligations regarding duration, quantity, quality, and cost. The consultant acts as Supervisor according to the contract conditions for design and execution. Potential contract modifications include changes to contracting parties, additional studies/expertises, requirements from institutions/authorities, legislative or technical standard changes, inclusion/replacement of subcontractors, key/non-key personnel changes, extension of deadlines for reports/deliverables, modification of the Gantt chart, reallocation of resources/savings (e.g., due to unused working days, unneeded resources, delayed contract signing), and extension of the service provision period (e.g., due to extension of execution/warranty period, correlation with project progress, contractor delays, suspension/termination of design and execution contract, new traffic regulations, additional works, poor contractor mobilization, use of implementation reserves, reallocation of resources/savings, risks in obtaining permits); further items as per the tender documents.
