Design and Construction of a Road Junction A1 (km 326+155) – DJ 704 (Cugir)

Design and construction of a road junction on Motorway A1 (km 326+155) – DJ 704 (Cugir). The contract provides for potential modifications, including adaptations of the technical execution project to on-site realities, changes in levels, positions, and dimensions of works, requirements from environmental authorities, relocation of objects in/under the ground, inclusion/replacement of subcontractors/suppliers, personnel changes, changes to the expropriation corridor leading to additional works or abandonment of existing works, modifications due to state/local agreements with other states, legislative or technical standard changes, extension of the execution period according to Clause 35 of the General Conditions, implementation of requests from various institutions/authorities/entities, archaeological clearances, and changes due to unknown ground and hydrological conditions. These modifications must be non-substantial and will be made in accordance with contractual provisions.
