Main construction works: Installation and compaction of 1,555 m³ of soil material for backfilling working areas; 335 m² of KMB surface waterproofing for exterior walls and soil moisture; 775 m² of perimeter insulation (base plate and exterior walls made of XPS, d = 160 mm); 580 m² of reinforced concrete floor slab; 650 m² of reinforced concrete exterior walls; 250 m² of reinforced concrete interior walls; 575 m² of reinforced concrete ceiling above basement (H = 30 cm); 72 steps of precast reinforced concrete stairs from basement to attic (16.3/30 height/tread); 70 t of reinforcing steel BSt 500S (bar steel); 42 t of reinforcing steel BSt 500M (mesh steel and support cages).
