Construction and Erection All Risks Insurance for Reuter Solid Fuel CHP Plant
Construction and Erection All Risks Insurance: Coverage for the planning and construction of a plant for the energetic use of waste wood and biomass at the Reuter West site. The plant is designed for a maximum combustion heat output of 110 MW, with a district heating output of up to 90 MW in steam turbine bypass operation and a projected electrical output of approximately 20 MW. Components include a flue gas condensation system and a heat pump. Main fuels are waste wood and natural biomass. The scope also includes retrofit and replacement measures for existing infrastructure (ship unloader, raw water pump house) and the planning and construction of a central water treatment plant (incl. district heating water treatment, partial stream desalination). The total investment is estimated at approximately 400 million EUR (gross).
