Construction Logistics for Construction Phases I to III

Construction logistics for the spatial restructuring of Terminal 1, Building 203, at Frankfurt Airport, covering approximately 16,000 m² across levels E02, E03, and E04: Planning of deliveries and transport routes, coordination of suppliers and subcontractors, organization of storage areas and material provision, management of construction site traffic, provision of construction site facilities, disposal and recycling of construction waste, compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations, monitoring of deadlines, and optimization of processes. Estimated quantities include approximately 8,400 personnel days; approximately 6,100 units x week construction containers (delivery, retention, and removal); approximately 1,250 m mobile construction fence (delivery, relocation, and removal); approximately 91,800 m x week mobile construction fence (retention); approximately 200 units x week tower crane (delivery, retention, and removal). The planned start of execution is Q2 2027, with a planned end in Q3 2033.
