Site setup and construction logistics for the major refurbishment of the Platz der Luftbrücke Government Center in Berlin: construction area management and logistics, installation of construction fences, temporary closures, and a construction locking system, access management with turnstiles and construction site passes, monitoring of construction site safety via security guards and video surveillance, installation and operation of construction heating, provision of construction water connections, installation and operation of construction roads, storage areas, and traffic routes including ramp systems and platforms, as well as their cleaning and winter service, installation of temporary protective devices and construction closures, provision and maintenance of a container facility for the client's object supervision, provision of containers for contractors as an operator model, and provision of sanitary facilities. The project covers approximately 37,151 m² of land area and approximately 13,006 m² of built-up area, divided into 11 building sections and 6 construction phases. The major refurbishment will take place while the listed building complex remains in use. Estimated construction period: 2026-2032.
