Parquet flooring works (DIN 18356) for the Bundesrat extension with visitor center in Berlin-Mitte: approx. 4,293 m² solid wood strip parquet natural oak, approx. 660 m² solid wood strip parquet natural oak on raised floor panels, approx. 261 m border frieze made of smoked oak solid wood strip parquet, approx. 159 m² two-layer parquet natural oak, approx. 17 m² two-layer parquet natural oak on raised floor panels, approx. 4,931 m oak skirting boards; including subfloor preparation, sealing, installation on wet cavity floors, dry cavity floors, raised floor tracks, and cement screed, finishing profiles, expansion joints, and surface sealing. Execution from 11/2026 to 02/2028. Bidders ranked 1 to 3 must create an approx. 150 x 141 cm sample area, compensated with €2,000 (gross). The project aims for a BNB silver certification, requiring adherence to waste, noise, and dust reduction standards, as well as the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance; proof via monthly site inspection reports. FSC or PEFC CoC trade certificates are required for wood products.
