Building Materials for Loviisa

Delivery of building materials for the Loviisa area: timber, building materials, products for painting, tiling, concrete repair, and leveling. This includes boards, blocks, meshes, insulation, mortars, compounds, fillers, paints, painting supplies, tiles, floor coverings, doors, and frames. Also included are boards, panels, sawn and planed timber, durable and temporary wood, and moldings. Furthermore, various hardware store items such as electric and battery-powered hand tools, handles, coat racks, shelves, racks, and garden, property, and yard supplies. Excluded are manual hand tools, fasteners, small chemicals, personal protective equipment, protective clothing, and HVAC or electrical supplies for properties. The contract duration is four (4) years, with an estimated start in September 2026. A termination period of six (6) months applies. Selection is based on the most economically advantageous tender, with price weighted at 100 points. Partial bids within a sub-entity and parallel bids are not accepted.
