Design, Construction, and Supervision for "RALITSA" Residential Building in Svishtov

Design, construction, and author's supervision for the residential building stock of the Owners' Association "RALITSA" in Svishtov, Nikola Petkov St. No. 29: Preparation of an investment project in the "Working Design" phase for implementing energy-saving measures to achieve at least energy class "B" and ensuring accessibility for people with reduced mobility; execution of author's supervision during construction and installation works; performance of construction and installation works, including: wall insulation with 120 mm EPS (λ=0.035 W/mK) and 20 mm XPS (λ=0.03 W/mK) around windows – 629.74 m²; roof insulation with 100 mm mineral wool (λ=0.035 W/mK) for Type 1 and 100 mm XPS (λ=0.03 W/mK) for Type 2 – 243.39 m²; floor insulation with 100 mm XPS (λ=0.03 W/mK) – 102.59 m², and replacement of garage doors; replacement of windows and doors (wooden and metal frames) with new PVC frames with double glazing (max. U=1.4 W/m²K) – 192.94 m²; replacement of 8 light fixtures in common areas with new, energy-saving, sensor-controlled units; measures to improve access for people with reduced mobility to the entrance doors of one block section. The construction is classified as Category Four, further items as per the tender documents.
