Construction Materials (Adhesives, Grouts, Finishing and Bonding Materials) SAIFI 2026-2028

Supply of construction materials, specifically adhesives, grouts, and finishing and bonding materials. The estimated minimum value of the framework agreement is 3,914.18 lei, the maximum value is 2,358,986.04 lei. The estimated value of individual contracts ranges from 3,871.63 lei to 1,179,493.02 lei. Individual contracts will be awarded based on the contracting authority's actual needs; quantities are estimates. Minimum quantities per product/unit and maximum total quantities are detailed in the Annex to the Technical Specifications. For individual contracts, the minimum quantity is one product/unit per position, and the maximum quantity is half of the total quantity specified in the Annex, based on an estimated need for 24 months, divided by 2 years. Awards will be made annually based on budget availability. Clarification requests are possible up to 6 days before the offer submission deadline, with responses provided up to 3 days before the deadline.
