Building Construction Works

Building construction works: Earthworks include the removal of existing gravel strips (approx. 135 m²), the dismantling and disposal of concrete stone curbs (approx. 140 m), the supply and installation of river gravel 16/32 (approx. 225 m), and the supply and installation of frost protection gravel 0/56 (approx. 120 m³). Waterproofing works involve the application of XPS insulation 120-140 mm to plinths (approx. 215 m²), waterproofing of wall plinths with bitumen thick coating (approx. 215 m²), excavation and exposure of the basement (approx. 300 m³), waterproofing of wall surfaces with bitumen thick coating (approx. 180 m²), perimeter insulation of the basement exterior wall (approx. 180 m²), and protective layer waterproofing with dimpled sheeting (approx. 180 m²). Concrete works comprise the concreting of an elevator shaft, consisting of an in-situ concrete base plate (approx. 2 m³), attic (approx. 2.5 m³), shaft wall (approx. 23 m³), and ceiling slabs (approx. 3 m³). Disposal services include soil and stones (AVV 170504, approx. 550 t), construction debris (AVV-Nr. 170101, 170102, 170103, 17010, approx. 75 t), and biodegradable waste (AVV 200201, 10 t).
