Building physics for Area A, service phases 1-7 HOAI
Building physics services for Area A on Sipplinger Berg: Planning of service phases 1-7 according to HOAI for the new construction of a laboratory building (with integrated office spaces, microbiological and chemical laboratory rooms, and storage areas), a multi-storey car park for partial coverage of parking needs, and a central access gate (as main access for the entire Sipplinger Berg area, including an event venue) on a construction field of approx. 5,500 m². The planning includes consideration of critical infrastructure, protection against unauthorized access, the existing air vessel system, as well as traffic facilities and outdoor areas for development for articulated lorry deliveries and visitor traffic. A holistic construction logistics concept is required. The project will be handled using BIM – 5D methodology; no funding is planned.
