Project management services with BIM: New construction of a laboratory building (chemical/process engineering and microbiological laboratory, storage and office areas), a gate as a central access point to the factory premises on Sipplingen Berg, and a multi-storey car park to meet parking demand in Area A. The construction site comprises an approximately 5,500 m² plot including the surge tank system and an approximately 900 m² area to the left of Betriebsstraße West, bordered by service and access roads. The surge tank system may not be overplanned, and its access must be maintained. Existing infrastructure includes electricity, water, sewage, and wastewater lines, as well as telecommunication cables and surface drainage. Site clearance will be carried out by the client; utility and cable routing can be reorganized. Geotechnical reports are available.
