Scaffolding for the South Wing

As part of the renovation of the building envelope of the Old University of Marburg (1st construction phase), extensive scaffolding work (DIN 18 451) on the south wing is being put out to tender. The construction project concerns a listed, multi-storey solid construction in neo-Gothic style with a complex roofscape and sandstone facade. The main quantities include approx. 509 m² of modular scaffolding W09 LK4 H1 for the south facade, approx. 234 m² of standard scaffolding for the north facade, and approx. 110 m of roof edge protection scaffolding. The dominant trade is scaffolding.

Building Planning for Building Complex 5903

Service contract for building and interior design in accordance with § 34 HOAI. The measure comprises the renovation and fire protection upgrading of the historic building 5903 of the Hochschule Geisenheim for conversion into office and common rooms. The existing building has a usable area of 777.74 m² and consists essentially of solid masonry and timber beam ceilings. The gross cost ceiling for cost groups 200 to 600 is set at EUR 2,327,344.00.
