Building planning for building complex 5903, consisting of two structurally connected buildings (5903-A, built approx. 1917; 5903-B, built 1875), which is part of a historical building ensemble and is to be renovated. The building complex is largely out of service due to structural defects, with building section 5903-B being in particularly poor structural condition. Renovation is required for roof construction and covering, roof drainage, component surfaces, moisture damage, facade, lightning protection, windows, and preventive fire protection (missing fire doors, second escape route, escape route signage, emergency lighting). Modernization of all surfaces and adaptation of the infrastructure are planned; building section 5903-A is intended for future use as an office/administration building, 5903-B for common and student community rooms as well as smaller office areas. Net construction costs of 1.86 million EUR are estimated for the renovation (cost group 300: 1.47 million EUR, cost group 400: 0.39 million EUR); a cost estimate for construction (ES-Bau) must be prepared by March 2027.
