Site setup and logistics for the new construction of the 'Haus rund um das Erwerbsleben (HdE)' in Hanau, comprising two administrative buildings for the Federal Employment Agency and IBM Hanau with a total gross floor area of approx. 16,900 sqm and a total gross volume of approx. 83,400 cbm. Services include general site setup with a construction fence, construction power (including main distribution, crane, container, and floor distributors as well as cabling), construction lighting (outdoor, indoor, safety, and escape route signage), construction water supply, 2 facade lifts, a container facility for client/site supervision (2x 7 containers), sanitary and first-aid containers, and mobile toilets. Furthermore, site surveillance (video surveillance system), daily site closing service, and winter construction heating (oil-fired mobile hot water heating units, mobile hot air heaters, hot water distribution system) are included. Site logistics comprise disposal logistics (provision of collection and disposal systems, organization and operation) and additional services such as temporary ramps and fall protection.
