Preliminary Shell Construction Works for the Conversion of a Data Center in Nuremberg

Preliminary shell construction works for the conversion of a former data center (Building Part VII) of the Federal Employment Agency's administrative center in Nuremberg into modern office spaces: site setup, scaffolding works, core drilling in vertical and horizontal surfaces, partial demolition of reinforced concrete and masonry components, closing of openings and breakthroughs, concrete and reinforced concrete works for a new floor slab and an elevator shaft including concrete repair works, masonry works on the elevator shaft, reinforcement works, steel construction works (beam replacements), disposal services, ground stabilization using injection technology, safety measures, and hourly rate works. The works are to be carried out in the existing building complex, considering ongoing operations and adjacent uses.
