Construction Engineering for New Digester Tanks at Köhlbrandhöft Wastewater Treatment Plant

Construction engineering in civil engineering, excavation works, and technical building equipment (TBE) for the new construction of three digester tanks at the Köhlbrandhöft wastewater treatment plant: two main digester tanks with approx. 8,000 m³ net volume each and one secondary digester tank with approx. 4,000 m³ net volume. Additionally, a machine house, a stair tower with elevator and cable shaft, connecting and access structures, pipe ducts, and outdoor facilities will be built. The service includes coordination, execution, and interface services, participation in the validation phase, and planning and realization services within an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model. The contractor will be integrated as an IPD partner into the project organization; the final definition of services and interfaces is detailed in the tender and contract documents.
