Investor supervision for the design and execution of construction works on railway line 179 in the Tychy – Bieruń Stary section: acting as Engineer according to the contract, material and financial management including settlement, monitoring, and reporting of the construction contract, technical management including performing investor supervision duties for construction contracts, coordination of all construction contracts within the project, environmental supervision (controlling the impact of the construction process on surface and groundwater, noise, air, soil, waste management, green infrastructure management) and natural supervision, in accordance with environmental decisions and administrative provisions. The scope of services also includes a time-limited option right for the basic scope as described in the agreement; further items as per the tender documents.
