Design and Construction Works for Tychy – Bieruń Stary Railway Line

Design and construction works for railway line no. 179 on the Tychy – Bieruń Stary section: preparation of project documentation (executive project, as-built documentation including geodetic as-built documentation); construction works on track surface and subgrade, railway traffic control devices (srk), telecommunication devices and systems, traction network with power supply, electro-energetic devices and systems up to 1 kV, engineering structures, platforms and cubature objects, crossings and passages, geology; and construction of environmental protection objects. Execution of conformity assessment process for structural subsystems at all stages (design, construction, final subsystem tests) and submission of relevant EC verification declarations and certificates. An option for interfaces includes the optional right to commission changes in railway traffic control devices interfaces according to the requirements of the Functional and Utility Program (PFU). The implementation period for the basic scope is 27 months from contract signing, including 22 months for the completion of all works and documentation handover, and a maximum of 8 months for the delivery of permits for operation of structural subsystems from the date of final operational acceptance. The interface option has a duration of at least 6 months, not exceeding 4 years from activation, and can be activated during the works and warranty period.
