Construction Supervision for Kannelmäki Church Renovation and New Parish Center Construction

Construction supervision for the renovation of Kannelmäki Church and the construction of a new parish center: The service includes supervision of building technical works, including coordination of safety, moisture management, and cleanliness, as well as full HVAC (heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, automation, security) supervision. The project involves the demolition of an old concrete-framed parish building (total area 1,888 brm², volume 6,870 m³) and the construction of a new concrete-framed parish center (total area 1,989 brm²) in its place. Additionally, a technical renovation of the church property (total area 804 brm²) will be carried out. Construction is scheduled to start in October-November 2026, with completion by spring 2028. The project duration is approximately 1.5 years. The church will undergo renovation of steel-glass exterior walls and exterior concrete structures, and building services will be updated for electricity, ventilation, drainage, and sewers. The award decision is planned for September 2026.
