Construction supervision for energy renovation of Arad County Clinical Hospital – Phase II

Construction supervision for renovation and construction works: Verification and monitoring of the execution of modernization and construction works by specialized technical personnel authorized according to Order no. 1496/2011. Ensuring high construction quality, adherence to timeline and budget, the approved technical project, technical specifications, performance specifications, and the Work Program. This includes the rehabilitation of building section C7 (ground floor and first floor), thermal rehabilitation of the heating and domestic hot water supply system, installation, rehabilitation, and modernization of air conditioning and/or mechanical ventilation systems to ensure indoor air quality, rehabilitation and modernization of lighting installations, modernization of technical systems including preparation for smart building solutions, rehabilitation of medical fluid installations (oxygen installations), and interior re-compartmentalization for the organization of sanitary groups in the wards. Quality verification of executed works is mandatory according to Art. 13 Para. (3) of Law no. 10/1991 and is carried out by authorized site supervisors. Deadline for clarification requests: maximum 20 days before the offer submission deadline; response deadline: 12 days before the offer submission deadline according to Art. 160 Para. (1) and Art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016. Contract modifications are reserved according to Art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016.
