Construction Supervision and Conformity Assessment for "EANKTS Almus" Archaeological Site in Lom
Preparation of a comprehensive report for conformity assessment of investment projects and construction supervision for the object "EANKTS Almus - early and late Roman castellum, early Byzantine fortified settlement and adjacent necropolis" in Lom, Montana region: The report assesses the conformity of investment projects with basic construction requirements according to Art. 142 para. 6 item 2 and Art. 166 para. 1 of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT), including specific requirements for the preservation of immovable cultural values. Construction supervision during the construction phase according to Art. 166 and Art. 168 ZUT includes control over the lawful execution of engineering services, design, construction works (conservation of archaeological structures and construction of protective coverings), and author's supervision. This involves control over materials used, coordination of construction participants, compliance with protective measures for archaeological structures, and assistance until completion and commissioning/acceptance of the construction. Services must be performed in accordance with ZUT, the Cultural Heritage Act, Ordinance No. 3/2003, and all relevant regulations for investment planning, construction, and cultural heritage.
