Construction supervision and contract management: Supervision of design, verification of project documentation for completeness and consistency, performance of control calculations to identify errors. Management, investor supervision, and control of construction execution until the issuance of the Final Payment Certificate. Execution of information activities related to the project and cooperation with the client, including the Branch Director, Project Manager, and communication specialist at the GDDKiA Branch. Investor supervision of construction works, participation in warranty reviews, and supervision of the removal of defects/faults identified during warranty reviews. Support for the client as an advisor in all project-related activities. Supervision of design work and construction services for additional tasks necessary for contract execution, arising during the contract, awarded under public procurement law.
