Construction supervision and contract management for the construction of the southern Wadowice bypass: Verification of contractor documents for completeness and consistency, performance of control calculations, investor supervision and control of works execution until the Final Payment Certificate. This includes information and promotional activities for the project, compliance with procedures for EU co-financed investments (FEnIKS 2021-2027) and beneficiary procedures for the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 program for GDDKiA. Furthermore, the service comprises investor supervision of construction works, participation in warranty inspections and supervision of defect removal, support to the client as an advisor, supervision of contractor documents and works for additional tasks, monitoring, management, and resolution of issues at the interface of adjacent contracts, and coordination and supervision of work by designers providing author's supervision over the works.
