Contractor Services, Machinery, and Equipment: Provision to supplement municipal work teams when their own capacity is insufficient. This includes the execution of road, water, and sewage work in cooperation with Arendal municipality's site layer, hire of machines with drivers as part of municipal work teams, hire of machines without drivers, hire of skilled workers/operators for municipal machines or vehicles, hire of skilled workers for manual work, execution of drilling and blasting work, and hire of other machines and equipment. Independent assignments cover minor ground work in connection with construction projects and site work, W&S work (e.g., sprinkler jobs), ditches, cables, and drainage, simple ground surveys and assistance with excavation work for major ground surveys by technical consultants, and purification of roadsides and ditches. An option to establish a framework agreement for up to one year for regular acute needs, such as blasting work and extra resources/crew, is provided.
