Consultancy and Equipment for Winter Road Maintenance: preparation of winter road maintenance, supply and maintenance of necessary equipment and materials, and support for the execution of winter road maintenance. Excluded are the supply of salt and brine, the coordination and execution of winter road maintenance, the management and maintenance of municipal road surface sensors, and meteorological support. A new winter maintenance plan (policy and operational) is to be developed and implemented; replacement winter machines are to be supplied, rented, or leased to keep the municipal fleet current; route guidance systems and vehicle tracking are to be implemented and kept operational; staff knowledge levels are to be maintained; innovations are to be applied to fulfill tasks sustainably; winter road maintenance is to be realized annually in a sustainable and integrated manner; sustainability goals of 50% less CO2 emissions and 50% circular operations by 2030 are to be achieved; the full climate neutrality and circular operations by 2050 are to be initiated.
