Consulting, Planning, and Project Management Services for Infrastructure, VRD, Hydraulics, Urban Planning, Landscape, and Buildings: A framework agreement with a single contractor, without a minimum order value, with a maximum value of 1,500,000 Euro net. The scope of services includes urban space reconfiguration, interventions on historical monuments in relation to urban development, securing and improving roads, organizing parking, renovating all surfaces to improve pedestrian and vehicular traffic and the quality of public spaces with different treatment levels depending on the street, creating pedestrian-dedicated or mixed-use spaces in narrower streets, improving stormwater networks with surface or underground systems, discreet integration of selective waste sorting areas, harmonizing urban furniture, and interventions on communal buildings.
