Consulting Services, Construction Supervision, and Safety Coordination for Kindergartens

Conformity assessment of investment projects (OSIP), construction supervision, and safety coordination for Kindergarten ДГ 47 „Незабравка“ in Lyulin District, to ensure operational and design safety of the structure according to findings from a structural survey from April 2025. The object is Category IV according to Art. 137 ZUT. Services include: Activity No. 1 – Conformity assessment of investment projects (OSIP) according to ZUT; Activity No. 2 – Construction supervision during execution until commissioning according to ZUT, including the function of a safety and health coordinator according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 for minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions during construction and assembly works; Activity No. 3- Preparation of a final report according to Art. 168 para. 6 ZUT; Activity No. 4 – Preparation of a technical passport according to Art. 176b ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006. Contractor responsibility extends according to Art. 168 para. 7 ZUT until the expiry of warranty periods for the respective construction and assembly works according to the minimum warranty periods defined in Art. 20 of Ordinance No. 2 of 31.07.2003.
