Maintenance of four elevators for Sofia Municipality buildings
Maintenance of four elevators: two elevators at Moskovska St. 31-33, one elevator at Parizh St. 1, and one elevator at Parizh St. 3. The service includes subscription maintenance, comprising labor, prevention, lubrication, cleaning, adjustment, and regulation. Monthly functional checks and six technical services per year are to be performed according to applicable regulations. A 24-hour continuous emergency service must be provided. Repairs or replacement of components, as well as repair or replacement of elements of the electrical control scheme, must be carried out with new and original parts, in accordance with the Ordinance on Safe Operation and Technical Supervision of Elevators (DV No. 33 of 11.04.2003, last amended DV No. 88/2014).
