Consulting services for the conformity assessment of investment projects and construction supervision during the construction phase of objects in Pazardzhik Municipality: This includes the preparation of a comprehensive report for conformity assessment of investment projects according to Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 of ZUT, conformity assessment of the structural part of the investment project, construction supervision according to Art. 168 of ZUT, participation in drafting and signing construction acts and protocols, acting as safety and health coordinator, preparation of a final construction report, preparation of a technical passport for the construction, and the compilation and provision of documentation for commissioning. Objects for Lots 1-8 are Category 5 constructions, objects for Lots 9-13 are Category 4 constructions. The full scope is described in the technical specification.
