Adjustment of morbidity-related total remuneration according to § 73 b Abs. 5 SGB V
Services for the technical implementation of the adjustment procedure: acceptance of HzV participant data, execution of the adjustment procedure in accordance with the resolution of the evaluation committee (§ 87 Abs. 1 Satz 1 SGB V, § 87a Abs. 5 Satz 7 SGB V) and regional adjustment agreements of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, provision of adjustment information for viewing and download in an online web viewer, timely transmission of adjustment data and necessary correction deliveries to the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, transmission of data on adjustment-relevant selective contracts via the GKV-Spitzenverband to the data office of the evaluation committee (§ 87 Abs. 3f Satz 1 and 2 SGB V), as well as data storage and deletion.
