Statewide Tourism Data Management System: Provision, Customizing, Operation, and Further Development
Notice title: Bereitstellung, Customizing, Betrieb sowie Weiterentwicklung eines landesweiten touristischen Datenmanagementsystems
Provision, Customizing, Operation, and Further Development of a Statewide Tourism Data Management System: The system serves as the foundation for the Brandenburg content network and consolidates existing systems such as DAMAS (POIs and tours), TDH (events), and media archive, as well as B2B and B2C portal content. It includes an input/maintenance layer, an AI/service layer, and an output/delivery layer. The architecture is based on established, maintainable technologies, open standards, and an API-First approach. A decentralized instance model for eleven travel regions is planned, with each region receiving its own instance with dedicated data storage and database, and data exchange via synchronization mechanisms. The database architecture aims for a single system for data and content management, develops a statewide data model for all data types, and introduces a statewide quality standard, based on a headless CMS approach. Input management offers a central interface, API import capabilities, and responsive, accessible interfaces. The AI and service layer automates data input using AI, provides AI-driven dashboards and a task manager, and develops a Graph-RAG-capable infrastructure. Output management includes a management interface, configurable standard APIs (REST/GraphQL), connectors to inventory systems, configurable accessible widgets, a configurable MCP server and WebMCP service, a read-only WebDAV interface for media, and a media portal for downloading media with licenses.
